• Managing cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes
• Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient
manner

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Practical experience of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Service Desk
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
• Be proactive part of Innovative projects for prestigious clients all around the world using our products and developing and integrating new features
• Codding in C/C++ for core products of Cango Mobility with exposure to the latest technologies
• Be part of vehicle-to-x gateway/knowledge-as-a-service team by adding value with your open mind, skills and bright ideas

• Support, optimization and customization of our award winning technologies in both business core, hardware and software products
• Managing connection to vehicle data network (CAN, LIN,…) using our tools to logging data
• Testing our core products and new features in a field framework on different vehicles type/model
• Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy with information from vehicles model/types
• To assist with the support of internal applications and infrastructure
• Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the company
• Developing and automatization of technical support apps based on knowledge database
• Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• CAN network in vehicle installation/testing using dial tool
• Mobile network measurements and testing: Drive test for telematic devices
• Executing and performing of measurements with the designated tools and procedures
• Software and hardware troubleshooting on the field or if needed escalating problems to the technical support team
• Independent travel planning and organizing specific field activities to complete tasks on time
• Documentation of all activities and issues, in the form of reports or checklists
• Flexibility – responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work
